Meet the Teacher 

Hi! I am Miss. Leah Neiswender, and this will be my fourth year teaching first grade at Shiloh Hills. In first grade, we will write stories, grow our reading abilities, participate in math centers, and make new friends. Each day will be a new opportunity to learn and grow.  Before I started teaching, I attended Messiah University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, along with a minor in Human Development and Family Science. I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Teacher Entrepreneurship. 

In my free time, I enjoy reading, taking walks with my dog, and spending time with my family and friends. I  am thrilled to be your teacher this year and am looking forward to making wonderful memories.
